When should you start talking at lunch?
When you get in the cafeteria.
What if you need to go to the bathroom?
Ask a teacher when the class isn’t in the middle of something

What should your voice sound like in the hallway?
Your voice should be off.
Where do we sit at lunch? Can you move once you sit?
We sit at the table next to the teacher’s table. You can’t move once you sit down.
When can you work next door?
If there is a teacher there and the teacher isn’t in the middle of a lesson, but ask first!
When can you sharpen pencils?
On the day your number is on the board when Mrs. Trimble isn’t teaching and we aren’t taking tests
What is the first thing you should do when you enter the room?
Check the board for instructions.
What should your body look like while you are waiting in line?
Facing forward, standing up straight, hands to self, not touching wall
What if you need to go to the bathroom?
Ask a teacher!
Who can take beans and for what?
Any adult, for blurting out, disrupting, not doing what you’re supposed to
What do you do if you are done with everything?
Trick question! You’re not done because you can read a book.
What should you do when the second bell rings?
Stand for the pledges.
What should your body look like and sound like when you are moving from one place to another as a class? (Like from the classroom to lunch)
Walking, straight line, hands to self, voices off, hands off of walls, holding items still (lunch box, gym bag)
What should you do if someone gets hurt on the playground?
Try to help them if it isn’t too bad, get a teacher if they need to know.
Can you take off your shoes?

When should you do independent work?
Any time you are waiting or Mrs. Trimble isn’t teaching
