With two hands! Cradle, like you would your baby brother or sister.

Before I come to class, in the cafeteria.

When the teacher isn't talking/teaching (independent work time).
Where do you go when you enter the classroom?
to your assigned seat.
What is the procedure for getting a new pencil? 3 steps.
Raise one finger. Get a new pencil out of the "sharp" bin. Place old pencil in the "dull" bin.
