What should you do if you have a conflict with another student?
Calmly & respectfully resolve the conflict. Have Ms. Fleeton mediate if you cannot find a resolution.
What happens if you don’t follow the school or classroom rules?
You will lose money, leave the classroom, must call parents and/or go to the principal’s office.
What should you be doing when the teacher is working with a small group and you’re not in it?
Independently working on the Must Do/May Do list (or partner work when applicable)

Doorbell, call you by name, warning calls, etc.
Where should you turn in classwork and homework?
The turn-in trays, next to the mailbox.
When and how should you access the classroom library?
When choosing a new book to read. Keep the library organized – color coded.

With care, respectfully, do not damage, do not destroy, do not use in harsh manner.
What will happen if you turn in work that is not complete, not your best work or incorrect?
You will be given the paper back to make proper corrections. You may receive a “Speeding Ticket” also.
What should you do if you find an item in the classroom that does not belong to you?
Ask around your area to see know who the item belongs to. Give it to Ms. Fleeton if no one claims it (unless it's trash).
How should you respond if you hear the fire alarm?
Quietly and calmly stop what you’re doing, walk out to our designated spot. Patiently and quietly waiting to go back inside.

Doing your part, staying on task/focused, working hard, being helpful, being responsible, etc.
How should you handle yourself if someone comes in the classroom or the teacher gets a call?
Continue to be respectful to Ms. Fleeton and to the classroom guest. Stay on task with your classwork.
What will happen if you do not turn in classwork?
That is not an option or choice. All work needs to be given full effort and completed, even if extra time is needed.
What should you do first thing in the morning once you arrive?
Unpack lunch, snack, water and green folder (including removing papers).
