talk with friends, and hands off play with friends. be kind and respectful
What do you do if you have a question when the teacher is at small group?
Ask 3 before me! Ask 3 friends for help before asking the teacher.
Explain what you should do when you Ms. Ialacci say "Give me 5"?
Stop what I'm doing, look at Ms. Ialacci and stop talking. Silent room to hear next directions.
What does WORK TIME sound like?
Silent! Respectful of all learners. Whisper please if you need anything.
What is the first thing you do when you get to school?
Hang up backpack in locker and go to your desk
What do you do if you finish your work early?
Look on the board for mustard and mayo choices
What should I do if I don't have a pencil?
give the sign, and Go get one from the pencil bucket.
How do we ask to go to the bathroom
put up the sign, and grab the cone in the back
How do students respect other students things?
By not touching them or destroying them. If you want to borrow something or look at something, you need to ask nicely first. If they say no, respect their answer and ask someone else.
When can I use the bathroom?
During work time, not during lesson time. You still need to ask the teacher before you go. Only one student at a time. Unless it is an emergency. grab the cone in the back of the room
When should you go to the bathroom?
in the morning before you come to the room,
before specials,
during snack,
working time
How do we act at small group table? What do you do when it's not your turn at small group?
You sit nicely in your chair, do small group work together, then walk back to your desk.
If it's not your turn at small group, you're doing work quietly at your desk.
Where should you put work that is not finished?
In your Black folder.
How do you know what to work on for morning work?
Look at the slide on the board.
When can I sharpen my pencil? (trick)
when you come in in the morning- Not during teaching or lesson time.
Grab a sharpened one in the back and sharpen it later
Where can you turn in your work?
in the correct bins in the back of the room
What should you do if you are absent?
Check with Ms. Ialacci in her absent folder.
How do we walk on the walkways?
Only walking is allowed. stay on the right side, hands to yourself
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, having patience with each other, taking turns sharing, using nice words, and practicing self space.

Music, Gym, Exploratory, Art
