The first 5 or last 5 minutes of class

Take one from the podium & put it back before the end of class
What do you do if you finish your work early?
Choose a spare time activity on the back wall
How can you show the speaker that you are giving them your full attention?
Give 5...ears listening, eyes watching, hands and feet are still, mouth closed.
How do students respect other students belongings?
By not touching anything without permission from the student.
How can I use the bathroom?
If the pass is there, and it is NOT the first 5 or last 5 minutes of class
What should you do with items that you find in the classroom and don't know who they belong to?

On the not finished table
How do you know what the Do-Now will be in the morning?
Look at the slide on the board every morning
When can I sharpen my pencil?
During worktime or center time. Not during teaching or lesson time.
Where can you turn in your work?
someone will collect or on top of the piano
What is the lockdown procedure?
Group together in the corner silently
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, using nice words, and safe bodies.
How can you use the chill zone?
IF no one is over there, fill out the paper & hand to the teacher
How do we walk back into the room from the bathroom?
Walk in quietly without words and sit in your seat.
What is the firedrill procedure?
Quietly wait for instructions-- lineup silently -- as a group follow the leader outside-- STAY TOGETHER-- & listen for attendance
