This is because the version of Snowflake you are running is currently unlicensed. If you are on a PC module, make sure you are up to date on firmware and this should auto authenticate. If you are on an external laptop, check in with Implementation and make sure they are properly set up with licenses for their Snowflake accounts.

1. Make sure all devices are up to date on Collage/firmware
2. Make sure proper version is installed. Uninstall/Reinstall
3. From panel, go to Settings > Apps > Collage > Clear Storage
4. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Select connected network > Forget Network > Reconnect
5. Factory Reset, Firmware Reload, Collage Feedback Codes
