NO.
We cannot generate a new token for a patient. A patient is able to request a new one by clicking "Forgot token?" However, if patient information matches that of who is requesting the results, you can send them the report in an encrypted email.
When leaving a voicemail, it is a must that you include:

C. The patients full name and date of birth
