While designing the clinical documentation system in your hospital, a colleague pulls up the flowsheet template you just created in the test environment. She clicks Add Rows and selects the coma scale group. The group appears in the middle of the flowsheet template. “Wow,” says your coworker. “How did you get that to happen?”
Explain to your colleague: “I attached the coma scale group to the flowsheet template, between the Vital Signs and Oxygen Therapy groups. Then I selected the Start Removed box so the coma scale group would not initially appear on the flowsheet, but only when you added it by hand.
