During an initial assessment, the user should complete the entire assessment and visit note before updating anything in the medical record. True or false?
What is false? If the user is following the checklist, they will see that there are numerous medical record items that should be completed before the assessment.
By tapping on the sync icon, data is sent from the app to the office and new information will come to the app. I need this to perform that task and I should do it this many times a day.
