Yes. As a clinician you must review the medication profile at each visit. This means you are reviewing the medication, dosage and frequency not just have there been any med changes or updates.

Within 5 business days. As a clinician you are required to complete this process within 48 hours to ensure the admin team can notify the PCP.

“Patient is not taking any medications” as this is accurate at the time of POC submission

No, because the interactions were previously reported. Dosage does not impact med/med interactions
