Who is Continuing Care Access (CCA)
These symbols beside the client's name indicate the client has an active episode in Assisted Living Alberta.

To have your client's height and weight included in the storyboard, record them in this flowsheet.

This symbol beside the client's name in the navigation bar indicates we are in an encounter.
What is a stethescope or telephone?
Words highlighted in yellow on the storyboard indicate this for fast recognition.
What are safety concerns?
This activity allows you to see trends in assessment areas such as wound care and Emergency Department visits.
What is Synopsis?
This flowsheet tells you how to keep your client and yourself safe, including what PPE you may require for your visit.

If the client does not have an active episode, I send an email to this office.
