This menu to the left of the locator bar can be used to change locations if you have logged in to the wrong location without having to log out and log back in.
What is the Hamburger Icon?
Lets you add notes for treatment that was done for the day.
What is the New Entry button?
Will always prompt you back to today's schedule.
What is the Today button?
This icon helps indicate to post a charge.
What is the "$" Icon?
The appointment status for your patients.
What is the Locator Bar?
Shows the banding date on the left, months in treatment in the middle, and the estimated completion date on the right.
What is a Progress Bar?
This tool helps you reschedule patients.
What is the Clipboard?
This icons indicates to post a payment of any kind.
What is the Credit Card Icon?
Internal use among staff members. Conversations are archived after 30 days and staff members can even create To-Do's
What is a Chat?
Icon is used to help you be aware of any updates on your patient.
What is a Patient Alert?
An icon that has a green check mark on a schedule appointment.
What is the Confirmation Icon?
Recurring amount being set up in the contract which takes either Credit Card, or a Bank Account Number for an ACH Payment.
What is Auto Payments?
Screen allows a staff member to log back in and continue working where they left off and prevent another staff member from making changes on things they were previously working on.
What is a Lock Screen?
Icon near the treatment card label shows us how many visits, emergencies, comments, virtual consults our patient had.
What is the Gear Icon?
This tool allows you to find a specific appointment needed.
What is the Appointment Search?
Shows you the patients financials information.
What is a Patient Ledger?
The five icons in the top right corner that includes Time Clock, Chat, Full Screen, Lock Screen, and Log Out.
What is the Blue Ribbon?
These starburst colors help identify the financials status in the treatment card.
What is the Balance Indicator?
This tool gives you a list of patients that is scheduled for the day.

This handshake icon helps you add, edit, and delete a specific agreement.
