Where do you find the coolers that get put around the stadium?
In the men's bathroom next to the EM office!

What is the proper way, according to radio ettiquete, to radio someone?
When calling something over the radio call your name to their name, then wait for a go ahead before continuing
You are working an ADA tent and a golf cart has not come by in a while (about 10 minutes) What do you do?
Answer: Radio a manager for the Game (Tim, Joseph, Hannah, ect.)
Where do you fill up water for the coolers?
Answer: Witter Rugby Field
Someone passes out what do you do?
Answer:
Notify dispatch immediately and tell them the location, if the patron is conscious, and other key details of the situation if necessary. Stay on the scene until emergency services arrive

When facing towards the field, in the tunnel past security on the right
A Person comes up to you saying that they are a recruit. Where do you send them?
Answer:
Football recruits ONLY at gate 3, olympic sport recruits are at gate 2
What part of the stadium does NOT have an ADA elevator.
Answer: The East Rim
Where are YOUR employee break areas?
Answer: EM office
UH OH! A fight breaks out between two patrons. What is your next course of action?
Answer:
Notify dispatch and tell them the location of the fight. Do not get involved!
If someone needs to check their bag, where do you send them?

Someone says their miniature pony “Lil Sebastian” is NECESSARY for their emotional support. What is your response?
Answer: a variety of answers is accepted but the overall answer should be it is not allowed in the stadium because they are “emotional support.” If it was a service or assistant animal that would be okay.
Where can you find First AID around the stadium?
Answer:

AHHH! Someone begins to yell at YOU and begins saying offensive remarks. What do you do?
Answer: Deescalate and contact a supervisor, contact dispatch for UCPD (only if urgently necessary)

Answer: Credential Pickup: North Ticket Plaza.
You are working Entry 4 during a game and a patron asks : “ My grandma is in a wheelchair but our seats are in section BB. How do I get into the stadium?”
Answer: Instruct them to Either walk or golf cart to entry 2, and then use CMS ADA elevator 5 to get to concourse once they get inside!
You are headed up to the Press Box.
How do you get there? Explain what specifically you need and where the press box is is.
Use CMS Elevator’s 1 through 4, you will need key card access before gates open
