When calling something over the radio call your name to their name, then wait for a go ahead before continuing
You are working an ADA tent and a golf cart has not come by in a while (about 10 minutes) What do you do?
Answer: Radio a manager for the Game (Tim, Joseph, Hannah, ect.)

Answer:
Notify dispatch immediately and tell them the location, if the patron is conscious, and other key details of the situation if necessary. Stay on the scene until emergency services arrive

Answer:
Football recruits ONLY at gate 3, olympic sport recruits are at gate 2

UH OH! A fight breaks out between two patrons. What is your next course of action?
Answer:
Notify dispatch and tell them the location of the fight. Do not get involved!

Answer: a variety of answers is accepted but the overall answer should be it is not allowed in the stadium because they are “emotional support.” If it was a service or assistant animal that would be okay.

AHHH! Someone begins to yell at YOU and begins saying offensive remarks. What do you do?
Answer: Deescalate and contact a supervisor, contact dispatch for UCPD (only if urgently necessary)

Answer: Instruct them to Either walk or golf cart to entry 2, and then use CMS ADA elevator 5 to get to concourse once they get inside!
You are headed up to the Press Box.
How do you get there? Explain what specifically you need and where the press box is is.
Use CMS Elevator’s 1 through 4, you will need key card access before gates open
