A student’s catalog term determines the degree rules they needs to follow. Often Coaches must submit adjustments to requirements when course offerings don’t match catalog terms.

What is SHADEGR
A Coach looking to see their caseloads current classes, grades, and attendance can use this EAB report.
What is “Student Enrollments”
A student was on SAP Warning coming into Spring 2021, and did not attend any classes, so their Coach DN-ed them. This is their SAP status for Fall 2021.
What is SAP Suspension.
The student didn't attend classes, and those classes are still considered “attempted” since they did not drop them intentionally during the add/drop period. So the DN moved them into Suspension for Fall. Had it been a DD (intentional drop during add/drop) the student would've remained in Warning.
These 4 career courses in this specific order are an important and unique part of almost all NLU’s undergraduate majors.
What is CAR 214 (or BRV 200), CAR 295, CAR 218, and CAR 490
This form is submitted whenever a student has to substitute an alternate course to fulfill a requirement. It is sent to the program chair for approval.

What is “Appointment Summary” and “Student Info (Students Active Per Term)”
Typically, a student not using financial aid and therefore being evaluated by the Standards of Academic Review (SAR) policy, will have this many terms to pay out of pocket while not in good standing before they must appeal or be dismissed.
What is 2 terms.
If the student is paying out of pocket and does poorly one term, they will go into SAR Warning, and if they continue to not meet the standards (2.0 and 67% pace) they go into SAR suspension. In cases where the student has exhausted their SAP and SAR appeals, this means dismissal.
A student majoring in Psychology should pursue one of these 4 recommended minors according to the Major Overview sheet.

A student was on Warning coming into Winter 2021 with a 1.7 GPA and 73% Pace. They EW from all courses in Winter, meaning they now have this SAP status the following term.
What is SAP Suspension (while their pace stayed the same because of the EWs, their GPA did not go above 2.0 in Winter 2021, moving them into suspension)
These 3 majors (1 is a major group) require either Cs or above a 2.0 GPA in your general education courses before you can officially be “admitted” into the major.

A student enrolled in CAR295, SOC 101, and MTH 102. They asked to withdraw at the end of week 3. But didn’t establish attendance in CAR295 or SOC 101. These codes will be used in SFAREGS (name each code per class). Bonus 100 pts for the tricky warning the student needs to get before they drop.
