I'm never allowed to do anything like other kids my age. My life is awful.

Bella is awful and hates me and is the absolute worst

Why are we studying cognitive distortions/thinking errors?
So that I can practice identifying distorted thoughts and then replacing them with helpful ones so that I'm able to respond safely and don't feel as stressed when something happens
I don't like my school
Sometimes I don't like my new school and that might change the more I get to know people here
