All trainees are required to meet with the Social Support Manager at a minimum of once per month throughout the program. These meetings are designed to help you succeed in the program and act as a chance for you to discuss problems you may be having within the TF program, with TF staff, or in your personal life.

What is the dress code expectations for NPower in person events?
It is required that trainees dress in business casual or professional attire (as instructed) for guest lectures or in person events.
Please be advised that if you are not dressed appropriately, NPower staff has the right to deny you participation in the session. This may count as an absence. How you present yourself—through clothing, demeanor, and confidence—should align with your personal brand and the expectations of your industry.

What are Action Plans?
Action Plans are put into place to help you develop. Action Plans are administered privately in a meeting with a staff member who has outlined areas where professional, personal, or technical development is needed. During these meetings, the staff member will review the trainee’s strengths, challenges and a detailed plan for improvement. The trainee will be asked to adhere to all recommendations provided by staff including, but not limited to, additional assignments, follow-up meetings, referral and resource appointments, required tutoring, and regularly scheduled check-ins with staff as deemed necessary.

*If there is an emergency (personal/family issue, etc.) that prevents you from calling at least 1-hour prior, you must contact a staff member within the 24 hours of the day that you are absent. You must then speak with the Social Support Manager to discuss your absence and plans for returning to class.
