What are some considerations for making warm bottles for students in the night ? 

Will need fuel! If you are boiling water well ahead of sleep time, then have students put the bottles in the sleeping bag and fold the bag to prevent heat from escaping. Cap them tight!

1) Check that liner bags are goosenecked

2) Check the ground sheets for mids are tucked in 

3) Create a structure /expectation of where students will store rain gear and water bottles at night

2) Take off socks and swap them to the other foot (quite difficult)

4) Get out and pee! It take energy for the body to heat up water stored in the bladder.

What does food have to do with warmth?
