Action Words -examples include "achieved," "generated," "evaluated," "crafted" etc.
- Use a variety of these words throughout your resume
- Start bullet points with these words (don't use "I")

This is a professional or personal contact who can speak to your skills and experience, usually for the purpose of providing a recommendation to potential employers.
