Online, people can hide behind screens and say things they might not say in person. You can’t see facial expressions or hear tone of voice, which can cause misunderstandings. Face-to-face communication helps people understand feelings better and be more respectful.
Does "being in trouble" actually make you cool?
False.People can sometimes confuse “attention/looking cool” with “status.” Trouble creates attention, but attention isn’t the same as respect.
For students who "Get in trouble" this often means they cant control their emotions and ignore consequences—these are NOT qualities that are respected in our society.

Emotions can affect how you act and react at school. When you feel calm or happy, it’s easier to focus and make good choices. When you feel angry, sad, or stressed, you may act without thinking or have trouble concentrating. Recognizing your emotions helps you manage your behavior.
