Pulling this often is a great way to ruin your concentration in class, reduce your academic performance, and even though it seems helpful in the moment to cram for an exam or finish homework, it is not worth it
What is an All-Nighter, or what is an Irregular Sleep Schedule?
Something that is often shared among friends and even strangers, but should never be shared unless it serves a safety purpose

Most new students buy books brand new or from the campus store; it is better to go on amazon, to the library, or other discount sites and buy your books second-hand. Can save you hundreds and save you the hassle.

A site that is common among college students, similar to Yelp, that rates professors so that students can use that information to pick which professor works best for them

Something you don't need to give someone if you are uncomfortable doing so
What is a Reason or Justification?
Whether it is going out, sending someone the answers to the homework, or doing something uncomfortable, you don't have to give a reason. It is better to be "rude" than to put yourself in danger. Remember, "No" is a full sentence.

Most campuses provide these sessions for free, and they are often not taken advantage of when students are struggling
What are Therapy Sessions
Having this item in your car, or even having a friend with this item in your car while driving, can lead to a felony charge if caught.
What are drugs or alcohol?
In the state of Utah, if you're driving a car, you are responsible for everything and everyone in the car, including items your passengers possess. Make sure you always know who you're driving with and avoid ruining your record over a decision your friends made.
