These need to be in a properly labeled container with the campers name and locked in Adrians office unless they are for emergencies, then can be carried in the Counsellors hip pack.

What do you do if someone who is not listed tries to pick up?
This happens every day but Monday from 2-3:15
What is swim time?
These are not allowed as they are not "Closed Toed" or professional

What are the Gymnastics, Climbing, Camp waiver and Photo Consent forms?
The Child must be a minimum of 8 years old and have this indicated on their waiver, otherwise someone over 16 is required to do this.
When can a child sign themselves in and out?
This is typically 3:1 unless you are an Aquatics staff, in which case it can be 4:1
What is the ratio of swimmers to staff?
For emergencies, taking pictures or for travel directions is the only time you should be using this device

A Caring Adult, Participation, Play, Friendship and Mastery are examples of what?
What are the High Five principles?
This service should be completed by the parent after 8:30 am or given to Sabrina or Adrian to if being taken care of at pick up.
What is ordering/paying for Booster Juice?
At the end of each day you take out any sheets for early drop off and place on top of this "bin" then leave at your gate (or put on table)
What is the sign in and sign out bin?
This age must always swim with a buddy
What is 8-12 year olds?
You are responsible for ensuring kids are following rules/being safe, dealing with behaviour issues, and participating with kids in this place
Where is Gymnastics?
This should only be done outside or it could wreck the floors, then re-done if you are outside for a long time
What is Apply Sunscreen?
Two forms that need to be completed if First Aid is required.
What is External Incident Form (Golden Rod Form) or Minor First Aid form?
If suspects a parent of "this" when they pick up their child/children, staff must attempt to stall the parent, get another staff or Leader 2 to call RCMP
What is being intoxicated at pick up?
These rooms have special changing tents and are designated for Boys and Girls on each pitch
