Call DoSS to pick it up, log the item using the Lost and Found form (or if there’s identification email the student)

Wash the rags! (Sunday 4-7 does it regularly, but ANY shift should do it if needed)

No. Patrons cannot leave items at the desk, even for a few minutes.

Forward the phone to your cell and bring your phone with you. Turn the sign around to "Managers are away" and put valuable items in the safe and lock it.

What is 205C?
When checking out Mac Charger 10, you make sure it's in proper condition before giving it to a student. After the student returns and you’re putting it away, you notice the charger block has been replaced with something else. What do you do if the student is still at the desk? What if they’ve already left?
Q1 - Tell the student you can’t give back their ID without returning the item in its original form (otherwise you’ll need to charge them)

It’s Green Key weekend and you’re at the desk. A student comes into Collis heavily intoxicated and passes out on their way to the bathroom. What do you do?
Call 911 — the student is unconscious and needs to go to the ER (dispatchers will contact DoSS)

Can my band put posters up in Collis?
Yes and no. Only registered organizations can use the bulletin board upstairs, which does not apply to student bands. However, there is a small area for flyers downstairs near the poster room that is for community use, so you can direct them there.
