The Apostle Paul described our bodies as a Temple of God. How are our bodies a temple?
Answer: Our body is the temple for our spirit.
Note: The scriptures compare our bodies to a holy temple, a place where the Spirit can dwell. Of course, your body is not perfect now. But the experiences you’re having with your body can help you prepare to receive one day a perfect, resurrected, glorified body.

What is the difference between a transgression and sin?
- Example - The fall of Adam and Eve (Second - Article of faith)
While often used interchangeably, sin generally means "missing the mark" or failing God's standard, whereas transgression specifically means "crossing a boundary" or intentionally violating a known law or command.
Some acts, like murder, are crimes because they are inherently wrong. Other acts, like operating without a license, are crimes only because they are legally prohibited. Under these distinctions, the act that produced the Fall was not a sin—inherently wrong—but a transgression—wrong because it was formally prohibited. Lazarus became very sick. Jesus was in another city. Mary and Martha sent Him a message to let Him know His friend was sick. Jesus waited for two days. Then He told His disciples they would go to Bethany. Jesus said that Lazarus had already died, and He was going to bring Him back to life.
