Can members contest parking tickets issued to Communauto vehicles? 

No! Parking, red light, and speeding camera tickets are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle, NOT the driver, so the member is not authorized to contest the ticket on their own! Communauto responsible for determining if a ticket can be contested or not.

Can a member book a FLEX car in one city and return it to another city in which we operate a FLEX service?

If yes, where?
If no, why not? 

A member must return a FLEX car to the city to which the car is assigned (Toronto FLEX to Toronto, Hamilton FLEX to Hamilton).

However, Ottawa and Gatineau are considered one FLEX zone together and can be used interchangeably. The same is the case for Halifax and Dartmouth.

Can a member pay a parking ticket to the parking authority directly to avoid paying our administrative fee?

If no, why not?
If yes, in what circumstances can this occur? 

If a member finds the ticket shortly after it has been issued (and we know that Communauto has not yet received the electronic copy) then yes, the member may pay it directly and send proof of payment via contact form to avoid double-billing and avoid the admin fee.
If we have notified the member of the ticket via GCU, then the ticket has already been paid and the member cannot pay the ticket to the issuer directly.
