At approximately 4:15 pm on Tuesday March 23rd, Community Leader (CL) Nia McDow responded to a noise complaint for room 203 in West Hall. Upon approaching the room CL McDow heard someone chanting “chug, chug chug!” and the clanking of bottles. After knocking on the door and announcing themselves, CL McDow noticed that it took a relatively long time for the door to be opened, during which time whispering could be heard on the other side. After about 3 minutes, Resident Phillip Ciccone answered the door and asked if “everything was ok.” After the door was opened, CL McDow noticed that there was a drinking game set up in the room behind Resident Ciccone and asked to enter the room. Upon entering CL McDow asked for all the alcohol to be placed in the middle of the room for documentation. Once the alcohol was documented, CL McDow collected the gate cards of the individuals in the room. The residents are as follows: resident Philip Ciccone (ID#004418492), resident Amanda Hancock (ID#002384927), and resident Jacob Downtheill (ID#006668302) and Chimebere Brown (ID#00253013). Once CL McDow collected all the residents' gate card information, she asked for all the alcohol to be collected and poured down the bathroom sink which all the residents complied. CL McDow walked the residents to the trashroom where the alcohol bottles were disposed of. End Report
