In the hallway by the door, not in the room on the bed
Scenario:
You are strengthening someone OH, and they want to go out and eat, or want to leave. What do you do in this situation?
Do NOT chase after them, call Via immediately, if they leave you return back to Via immediately.
What food or beverages are visitors allowed to bring in?

What are ways of being of service in the program?
How do you do coverage?
Go draw the line at 1:00pm Wednesdays and Sundays, ask staff for two copies one stapled and one hole punched. One goes in the coverage book, one in the appointment book, and one on top of the coverage book
at 8:00 pm you get the coverage book and bring it to community meeting, and give the copy on top of the book to staff
