Safety and security. We should know what the day will look like and have it be predictable to limit anxiety/stress. So we don't live in anarchy.
What are boundaries?
the limits and rule that we set within relationships to protect ourselves. (can be in clients own works obvi)
No self-harming, not using negative self talk, not going AWOL, not self-sabotaging, you DO take medications, eating regularly, completing hygiene, keep room clean, advocate for your needs to be met by parents and workers, and upholding your own boundaries.
What is a crisis? Where should you be? Why?
a crisis is escalated and threatening to harm themselves or other. in rooms or safe space away from crisis. so that staff can handle crisis to the best of their capabilities in a safe way.
