What are some examples of roles a person might play within their family?
Son, daughter, sister, brother, mom, dad, trouble maker, golden child/the saint, peacemaker, the clown, caretaker, the hard worker, goody-goody, the rebel, housekeeper, protector, etc.
What groups are apart of your community?
Family, peers, people you have anything in common with and connect with, everyone and everything living in the same city, state, and country.

The city among the trees, Gate City, A-Town, The Big A, Dogwood City, New York of the South
What are some things you can do for someone else that might brighten up their day?
Be somebody's friend, tell someone your appreciation for them, compliment someone, be kind, share positive thoughts, share pleasant conversation, etc.
What does it mean for someone to be a US citizen?
It means you get to live in the country, go to school/work there, and use its parks and places. You can also be protected by the country's rules and laws, which help keep things fair and safe for everyone in the country.
What are some examples of a role that a person might play within their school?
Student, friend, teacher, staff, role model, leader, good/bad learner, good/bad listener, a bully, helper, etc.
Name some examples of people that serve their community?
Police officers, fire fighters, lawyers, teachers, volunteers, anyone working to make a difference, etc.

How does the city of Atlanta make a difference?
Food banks, shelters, various charities, providing meals to the less fortunate, animal sanctuaries, healthcare plans for those that can't afford healthcare, other companies that helps families who are at a disadvantage.
Name some ways you can be a good citizen of your community?
Having respect for others and their property, knowing your rights and respecting the rights of others, learning the facts of our true history, both good and bad, having compassion and empathy for others, taking responsibility for your own actions, etc.
What are some examples of roles people might play within their Community?
Family member, friend, leader, volunteer, donor, kind citizen, nature lover, advocate, etc.
Why do we have communities?
To bring people together, to advocate and support each other. As human beings, we need a sense of belonging so without communities, humans will become more and more depressed.

Volunteer, donate, create own company to give back, etc.
Explain a right vs. privilege.

A right is something that cannot be legally denied. A privilege is something that can be given and taken away and is considered to be a special advantage or opportunity that is available only to certain people.
Right - free speech, religion, raising a family, food, water, etc.
Privilege - play time, extra circular activities, having relationships/friendships, having dessert, etc.
