Same as normal. Gather information and handle as you would any other call. The only time this changes, is if they specifically state they are currently or are intending to sue the HOA or CAMS. (You should still gather the details so that you can pass it along, unless they are an abusive caller.)
When a closing for a sale is cancelled and a closing holds needs to be removed, what should we do?
