The first-ever critical shipment of critical minerals was shipped from the Port of Churchill to Europe. The shipment was of zinc concentrate, mined at Snow Lake and then taken to The Pas, where it was loaded up on the Railway and taken to Churchill. Our teams successfully loaded the ship, which made its way to Belgium via a shorter and more efficient route than is possible from any other port in Canada.
