Students who have had discharged loans are subject to a 3-year monitoring period to ensure they meet the requirements. If a student takes out a new loan during this time, they may be responsible for ALL previously discharged loans

Name the steps a student must take after their UEH Secondary Review is denied to regain federal aid eligibility. 

Once the UEH Secondary Review is denied, students can attend a term with Capella, and pay for their courses out-of-pocket or with an alternative loan. If they earned credit and pay for the term, students can request the UEH Appeal form to complete and regain eligibility
