Every 6 months. RN who completed the observation.
Who is eligible to give and read TB tests?
RNs and any certified office individual.
What 4 entities may survey you?
IDOH, FSSA, Joint Commission, CMS.
What visual aid should be posted throughout the office, and where?
Escape route. In every individual space and in common areas.
How often are supervisory visits required to be completed (HHA, dual, LPN skilled)?
Every 60 days for HHA, Every 14 days or dual discipline, and every 30 days for LPN cases.
