If you smoke, you get yellow teeth.

What is the difference in meaning (NOT structure) between type 2 and type 3 conditionals?
We use type 2 to express imaginary, unreal situations in present or future.
We use type 3 to talk about situations that did not happen in the past and to imagine a possible result of this situation in the past.

If / you / not start learning English / which language you choose?
If you hadn't started learning English, which language would you have chosen?
