What function of MIIDAS you can use to temporarily type your notes ?

How do you complete an interaction ?
Change the "Interaction Status" to "Completed" under Interaction Information.
How do you search for FAQs ?
Use the search engine top right of the request tab.
Select the product and optionally type in key word/s.
How can you check if your AE report has been submitted ?
Refresh the AE Reports list on the left panel of the application to see the updated status.
How can you check if your PQC report has been submitted ?
Refresh the PQC Reports list on the left panel of the application to see the updated status.
What are some ways to look for past interaction ?
-Global Search Engine
-Search by Account Name or Interaction Number
-Use "History Button" to see last 10 interactions visited.
How would you categorize a "Refund Request" ?
How can you cancel an AE report if created by mistake or falsely ?
Top right side of the AE tab, click on the dropdown select "Cancelled" and explain the reason.
You are getting an error as you try to report your PQC, it says "there are unsupported document", what would you do ?
Remove the unsupported document from the PQC and proceed with reporting, if documents are important they may be sent to Quality team by other means, ask your Supervisor.
Where do you capture private contact information of of your caller during a MI ?
In "Account Details".
How can you easily add or remove an interaction from your "Favorites" ?
Use the Star sign on the top right side of the application.
How can you duplicate a request so you don't have to enter details each time ?
On the right top side of the request tab, click on the drop down and select "Clone".
How would you proceed if your MIIDAS was preventing you from the reporting the AE ?
Report to it corresponding team manually via Outlook.
