Top right side of the AE tab, click on the dropdown select "Cancelled" and explain the reason.

You are getting an error as you try to report your PQC, it says "there are unsupported document", what would you do ?

Remove the unsupported document from the PQC and proceed with reporting, if documents are important they may be sent to Quality team by other means, ask your Supervisor.
