Lucy has a big team with 12 players. Her opposing team hads 6 players. The apposing team is an undefeated team, on the other hand Lucys team doesn't have the best winning record. Lucy tells her team they are for sure winning since the have double the players.
Overconfident, although Lucy has a bigger team there is a high chance the undefeated team will win since all though their team is small they are really good.
Stacy's teacher is going to read a book of a movie she had already watched. She says "I know how this book is going to end"

Max joins his friends mid way through a board game. They have a big head start while he starts from the beginning. He say "Im going to get first place"

Michaels undefeated team is ahead 30 points in the game. There is 1 minute left of the game.Michael states "We are for sure taking the trophy home today"

Danny is the fastest reader in the class. The teacher said "we have our very first speed writing assignment" Danny told the class that he will have the fastest time since he is the fastest reader.
Overconfident, although Danny can read the fastest. He's never practiced his speed on writing since it's the first time. There's a 50/50 percent chance hell be the fastest.
Gracie is about to play a board game. For the set up she gets a head start per the rule book/role in game. Gracie states "Im going to beat everyone in this game and win the most money"
Overconfident, there's still a chance another player can win out of luck. For example another player getting bonus card, Gracie getting a deduction card, etc.
Andy joins a new team. Andy has a history of winning almost every game he competes at. The new team he joins already has a team captain that's been captain for years. Andy states "Im going to become team captain soon since im the best in the team and can lead this team to success"
Overconfident, Andy is new to the team and still doesn't know his teammates very well. He's only focused on himself being the best and always winning and not how the team can become more successful. As well as there is already a team captain that has been there for years which means he's doing a great job leading the team so far.
Josh is taking a test he studied all week for. He passed all the practice test and got a high score on his homework assignments based on the test. Josh says "I believe I am passing this test"
