1. Ask them to lay on the ground with their feet elevated on the bench where pilates balls are kept

2. Get them a cold towel, an electrolyte beverage, and offer them a protein bar.  

3. Keep chatting with- ask if this has ever happened before and if they have any medical conditions we should know about
