How do you become a member of the Executive Board?

Apply during the Fall Semester and Interview. Application for all positions shall be made two weeks prior to interviews during November.

The Co-presidents and non-returning Cabbies.

How many unexcused absences are you allowed?

Two per semester. This includes meetings and events.

What is/isn't a Co-sponsorship?

The joint expertise, knowledge, money, and labor of each party. Equal recognition will be given to both groups involved. Co-sponsorships do not involve the donation of money to a group without active participation by both groups during the process of the event.

Executives, committee members, and EVERY STUDENT AT GUSTAVUS.

The two Co-presidents and Garrett. The Co-presidents can vote in the case of a tie, in which case they have one vote.

Why and how would you remove a Co-president?

If a president is not acting with CAB's interest in mind, has missed more than two meetings with no excuse, or not acting within the constitution, the president can be removed. The president's removal would be voted on with a 2/3 vote majority needed.

How many miles must you drive in order to be reimbursed for driving somewhere for the Campus Activities Board? Must be a range.

15-40 miles. If we need to drive over 40 miles we must use a campus car.

The mission of the Campus Activities Board is to enrich the Campus Life experience by encouraging the involvement of all students in entertainment that is engaging and enjoyable.

$175,000, depends on how many students/the student activities fee.
