What does the second article do?
Gives the executive branch it's powers.
What is the third amendment?
The government is not allowed to house or quarter soldiers in your home.
What is the 15th Amendment?
Gave citizens (african americans) right to vote.
How does the second amendment affect you?
If the government can not do it, then the states can.
