This certification is an essential for any construction worker and is given in trainings of 10 and 30 hours
What is OSHA
This typically happens after the job walk and after the bidder has reviewed the bid documents. The GC or owners sets a date and time when the bidders can submit any questions they have regarding the project, and the GC, owner, or architect then sends a message out with all the answers.
What is an RFI?
This person is often the leader of the finance division and responsible for approving bills/paying subscriptions
What is the Controller/CFO?
A construction method where a project owner negotiates a contract with a single general contractor (GC) to perform the work
What is negotiated bid?
This type of construction is a divided project where heavy steel or concrete are divided by levels to form a sturdy foundation for a more economically used "topper"

What is the LEED Certification program?

What are the AIA (American Institute of Architects) and PE (Professional Engineer) Certifications.

This type of construction has been introduced in the past 15 years and features reinforced wood materials to create a durable product that is as a strong as steel and concrete
What is mass timber?
These certs are awarded to journeyman subcontractors specialists after years of experience and tests. Most commonly are in the plumbing and electric field. They are often needed in order to start your own business or to finalize subcontractor activities.
What is the Master certification.
This meeting is a weekly stand up meeting of all the parties involved such as the owner, architect, engineer and general contractor.
What is the OAC Meeting?
A pure overhead position, these professionals claim to win work while mostly playing golf and attending useless aware ceremonies.
What is a business development associate
