Take a screenshot with the time stamp and erase the PII, add this to your JIRA case. In the reply all, press the 3 dots at the bottom of your draft under your signature and remove the PII. Send reply and request leadership delete the message containing PII and add the required tag.

How do we route an APP from CAQH?

Log into CAQH. Once logged in you can pull over the application to your Google Drive after Labeling it. Once that has been done, you can bring up IS request and select route to evidence search with the TCC code. Verify that is the document you are looking to upload, Label as needed, then submit your Image.

Advise them to go onto Verisys.com and scroll down to Contact & Support, select 'File a Dispute' and have them fill out that form. Advise them someone will reach out directly for further assistance.
