What is training?
Adults working with students can be charged with this if they are attempting to pursue, isolate or see pupils individually without valid reason; engaging in behaviour which may not necessarily be directed at anyone in particular but creates a hostile or offensive atmosphere; or acting in a way that would objectively be considered offensive or insulting, exceeding reasonable limits of discipline
What is misconduct?
The training that is required by at least one employee on site at your placement in order for a placement to proceed
