The team member tells Karen about a few other items Costco sells that are similar to what she is looking for, shows her where they are in the store, and informs her about the "Tell us what you think" booth so that we can take any suggestions in consideration.

It is the first day of a newly hired empplyee. They do not ask the member if they would like a box and put milk on top of a pack of bread loaves. The cashier notices this, but does not correct the action. Instead, they talk trash about the new employee to other seasoned coworkers. A supervisor pulls the new employee aside and tells them they might as well go home early and not show up to work tomorrow, because they probably won't make it past their 90 days anyways.
