How should healthy relationships make us feel?
Valued, seen, heard, appreciated, loved, attractive, happy.
Your friends are great one-on-one. But when they get together, they get really mean. At lunch, they're making fun of someone you know for how they're dressed and saying things like "they must not be able to afford nice clothes". You start to feel uncomfortable. What do you do?
You could stick up for the person. You could get up and move tables to be away from that negativity. You could change the subject.

Why is attendance to school so important?
It is the LAW. You need to be at school every day and on time per New Hampshire state law. (unless you are sick and/or have a doctor's note)
Additionally, if you miss school it can be difficult to catch up on work which can make your grades slip and work start to pile up. If you miss school, you may miss out on events, projects, etc.

You're walking around town with your friends and one of them pulls out a vape. You are surprised that they had one because you all used to talk about how bad it was for you. Your friend then turns to you and asks if you want some of it? What do you do?

Mindfulness is when you are focused on being present in the moment rather than worrying about external factors. You are typically focused on your breathings, how you're feeling, etc.
