Who gives the sentencing to those found guilty?

What does no contest mean?
Not saying you did or did not do the crime.
What is perjury?
Lying under oath in court. Punishment of 5 years.
What is a plea bargain?
Plea guilty to a lesser crime for a lighter sentence.
What is Contempt of Court?
Abnormal courtroom behavior (crying, swearing, etc.) punishable for 3 months in jail.
