Policy Summary
Your Insured’s adult son, that lives at home, was pulling into the driveway at home when he hit the Named Insured’s truck. The son’s car is owned by the son and not on our policy. There is no other insurance for the son’s vehicle. The policy has Comp and Collision as well as UMPD for the dad’s truck. What coverages apply to this loss? The IV will have to be repaired under Collision coverage. The son’s vehicle does not qualify as an “uninsured motor vehicle” as the son is a relative of our insured.
