If the user created the request:  Confirm the form, and demographics.  
if the pharmacy created the request: Confirm the demographics, and check the identifiers the pharmacy used to create the request.  
If both has been confirmed and correct, offer hard copy or the plans number. 
Archive VS. Delete- When will we archive, and will we just delete the PA? What is the difference between the 2?
Once a determination has been made, or if the provider has canceled the PA, we can archive.
We can delete the request if the user states the patient is not theirs.
Archiving the PA will remove the request from everyone's dashboard, while deleting the PA will just remove the request from the user who deleted the PA.

True:  NewCrop users will always chat in anonymously! Because they access CoverMyMeds through their EHR, they don't have CoverMyMeds credentials, but will be logged into their EHR system, and will show up in Autobahn as a placeholder account called NewCrop Production. At first glance on chat, they will look like a portal user whose session expired while viewing a key. Instead of asking them to log in right away, please open the key they are viewing and confirm if the touches correspond to a NewCrop user.
If you see NewCrop touches in Autobahn, please assist this user the same way you would assist a portal user who is logged into their account and viewing a key.

Why are all my PAs in the Pharm tab listed as active? Hint: NewCrop
Because NewCrop users do not have an Enter Key function, PAs started at the pharmacy will be shared directly into NewCrop, based on the NPI and fax number. The NewCrop user can see a list of medication orders in their Pharm tab, along with an associated key if a PA was started at the pharmacy. That "Active" status never goes away on these PAs, even if it has been completed and sent to the plan. They can disregard that status, and should check in their Connector dashboard for the true status.
