A client says they are leaving ACA/AMA and wants their seized items immediately. What must happen before CR processes the discharge and releases those items?

E-signatures 2,3, and 10. 6.) Client Photos. 7.) Call for medical or clinical. While waiting complete more paper signatures. 8.) Set the pills aside for Medical to review; label the knife and place it in the armory; empty and rinse the reusable bottle before allowing the client to have it.
A Warrior receives three Behavioral Interventions. A staff member says this automatically means a Therapeutic Contract. Is that correct?
