What is HOMICIDE?
Actual unlawful physical contact without consent.
What is BATTERY?
Repeatedly following or harassing another person.
What is STALKING?
A version of assault and battery in which peers or acquaintances intimidate or put others in fear.
What is BULLYING?
Sexual intercourse without consent.
What is RAPE?
Acting in an extremely reckless manner that shows a lack of regard for human life.

What is FELONY MURDER?
Attempt or threat to carry out a physical attack.
Sexual intercourse with someone under the legal age of consent.
What is STATUTORY RAPE?
Causing death through negligence (the failure to exercise reasonable care in a situation).
What is NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE?
Killing done with malice but without premeditation.
What is SECOND-DEGREE MURDER?
Killing that would be seen as murder BUT that occurs after the the victim has done something to the killer that would cause a reasonable person to lose self-control.
What is VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER?

Sexual assault by someone known to the victim.
