A "smaller" crime, usually non violent and not alot of damage.

When somebody is injured on your property or because of you and you are brought to court for medical damages.

When you plead guilty right away and you get a lesser sentence compared to if you said your not guilty.

What is the difference between delinquent offender and status offender?

Delinquent = An adult would not get in trouble for breaking that law like curfew.

Status = Juveniles and adults would get in trouble for breaking that law like robbery.
