What is the process to utilize the Recliner Program?
LE calls Crisis stating they received a call requesting a well-being check on a client but were told the client is Suicidal with plan and intent and have guns. LE are declining to go but request Crisis to respond.
What do you do?
Inform LE you can attempt to contact client by phone to de-escalate and see if a tele assessment, intervention, and safety plan can be completed by a practitioner.
Fix the following: The client said that she went for a drive and that when she was driving she started to have SI. Client reports that this happens often but that she can usually get it to stop. Client said that she likes to go for walks but that it is too cold out so that is why she couldn't do that today.
